Exhaust options for 4.6 V8 in a F150?

Hi guys a friend of mine has just brought a 1999 F150 with 4.6 V8 in it and is wondering about exhaust options any help greatly accepted. currently has all the US anti go (pollution) gear on it with cast manifolds!
he was wondering if 5.4 BA exhaust parts fit?

DROF would be the best guy to talk about this cos he has an F-series truck, I know the Boss 5.4lt V8 uses the F-series block but wouldn't have a clue if you can put the Boss headers on it mate.
