Were your times better than last time Sam? My best was 14.17 @103mph. I really, really wanted to break into the 13's but my times were very erratic that was my second run and after that they were all over the show. Same speed most of the time though just lacking traction and wheelspinning which wasted alot of time.

Last time I ran a 14.1 but it was a colder day and the track wasn't so slippery, this time i wasn't looking for my fastest time but for consistency ... which worked as on a 14.7 dial times i run a 14.72 and a 14.70 but then broke out with a 14.62.

Gotta love it, no doubt he will pop up soon. Must admit he did look good in his racing suit.

Sorry about the no goodbye Caron. I stopped because I'd had enough and decided to watch the last few grudge races and have a chinwag to a few of the guys. It was a great days entertainment and heaps of fun. I got my butt kicked consistently all day. Caron, Don Chapmans daughter in his GTP and just about everybody else. The best I managed was 14.53 and top speed was 99.1mph.

The only thing I won all day was a raffle and the prize was a bloody Holden top!! Oh well, there's always next year. Wink

I got my company car (BF XT ) about 2 or 3 months after the ute and i have done 56000 Kms in that .... which is why the ute is sop low on K's ......

Once you get the headers done Hamish, it won't wisper any more.

Heard a nice FG XR8 drive off the other day with an aftermarket exhaust, and shit it sounded nice.
