Even watching the first episode of Top Gear Oz the other week had the F6 beating the HIV but just at the 400m mark and well over the limit before it caught up. So the potential is there for the old adage of "nothing like cubic inches" to still be competitive.
FPV could just turn the wick down a bit, so that from the factory at least, the GT and soon GTHO will remain the Kings, not its hairdrying sister. The F6 still has the problem of spooling enough blow/grunt at low revs. Am so looking forward to a real blower on the GTHO!

Only watched this episode last night - IMHO the HSV jumped the start by quite a bit. Having done a few miles driving both my brothers VE HSV Clubsport and the F6 the F6 eats the HSV down low.

I must admit that I have watched the Top Gear Oz show a lot on Youtube last year. Very Happy

Yeah - what a way to trash some utes. The series is okay BUT for the fact that they are following the original too much even as far as trying to be the same as Clarkson, Hammond and May

Maybe they have to be like them, Maybe its in the contract that if they call the show Top Gear then they have to be as much like the original show as possible??.
