Picked up the new GT Today.

Here are a few photos of the new car.

Drove 400km today and its is getting better and better. This is the best Ford I have owned and by a long way. The build quality is first class and the boss has been given a real heart recharge.

The short shift manual is great, clutch is softer and is a lot easier to get off the mark. Gearing is more functional and there is more equipment than I will ever need so well done Ford.

I havent driven the new cars yet but will be getting a new GT or F6 later this year as they really look the goods to me.

Seen a lot of photos and read a fair bit and I know my decision will be easier to make once I have driven the cars.

Heart says V8, brain says F6.

To me I love the V8 sound, spoiler, stripes, quad exhaust, bonnet etc not to mention the sound but then the F6 is an absolute monster as far as torque and handling go so just for fun vote in this pole as to what car you would ...

Ford Performance Vehicles (FPV) has dominated the 2008 New Zealand Autocar Car of the Year Awards.

FPV's new F6 ran away a clear winner in the Performance Car of the

A day after the NRMA Motoring and Services Grand Finale at Oran Park, Stone Brothers Racing (SBR) has confirmed that it will part ways with James Courtney at the end of 2008.

It follows months of speculation that Courtney will not race for the team next year.

Many of the Victorian V8 Supercar teams were 'in the same boat' with the possibility their transporters would not make it to the Symmons Plains round on time this weekend.

Transporters and trucks belonging to teams including Ford Performance Racing, HSV Dealer Team, Britek Motorsport and Sprint Gas Racing were on a Toll ship bound for Burnie in Tasmania when it broke down in Port Phillip Bay on Tuesday evening.

Since I have a white car, road tar shows up really well and last week I decided to wash the Cobra

When I attempted to wash the tar off it just smudged and left a brown skid mark

So I decided to give white spirits a try, that mineral turps and not Gin or Bacardi to who ever is thinking I wasted alcohol.

Now all I did was dampen a rag with the turps and the skid marked tar just wiped off in on wipe and the hard little balls of tar took only 3 passes with the cloth, So all ...
